**Medical Receptionist - Warner**

**We are currently seeking our next long term, highly motivated Medical Receptionist to join our growing team in Warner.**
- **Casual **position working 25 hours roughly each week
- **Perfect for students**:

- Shifts available Monday - Friday and Sunday each week
- Clinic opening hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm, and Sunday 9:00am - 1:00pm
- **The opportunity to work additional hours at our nearby clinic in Strathpine, Petrie, and Burpengary**

We take pride in our working environment in which people enjoy coming to work and spending the day with each other. Our current team consists of a full-time remote practice manager, practice nurse and other passionate medical receptionists.
- Managing telephone and patient enquires, scheduling appointments for patients within the practice, billings, messages, and other general administrative duties;
- Ensuring the Medical Centre is tidy and presentable; and
- Communicating with a diverse range of health professionals.

**To be considered for this role applicants must have the following**:

- Professional and personable telephone manner;
- Proficient computer skills;
- Demonstrated initiative, time management and flexibility;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; and
- High standard of presentation and attention to detail; and the
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petrie, QLD 4500: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
