This position varies between Studio Administration and Customer Experience Facilitation. You will be engaged in facilitating creative classes to a maximum of 20 children or adults classes of up to 15 people.
Your role is to teach the basic principles of a creative project (this could be anything from jewellery making to watercolours) and make sure each person is engaged and, most importantly, having an absolute blast
Being a Studio Administrator will see you doing a lot of the following but this is how we get to create the amazing experiences for our customers
- Manage studio booking systems and customer engagement
- Create engaging social media content and graphic design materials
- Curate visual merchandising and studio presentation
- Process sales and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate supplies and inventory management
- Set and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Maintain studio environment and organisation
- Assist with event planning and coordination
Once you have done the administration side of your role, this is where the fun & customer engagement comes in to play You will get to:
- Design and facilitate engaging creative experiences
- Create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere
- Guide participants through creative journeys
- Prepare materials and space for experiences
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment
- Support participants in their creative exploration
- Document creative moments for marketing purposes

It is essential you have experience in an administrative role, with a keen history of graphic design skills, know how to create and load social media, have a valid drivers licence as well as your own transport. If you have a Working with Children Check & Police Clearance, or are willing to obtain one then that's a massive tick

Pay: $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
- Sales administration: 2 years (required)
