**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated waiters/waitresses to join our Rodeo team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will provide exceptional service, ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet and seat customers, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus and inform guests about daily specials and popular dishes, including drinks and desserts.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while making recommendations as needed.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and efficiently.
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to

ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for restaurant patrons.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service station.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members for smooth and efficient service.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
- A passion for Mexican cuisine and culture is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to outstanding service.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- RSA certification or willing to get one.
