**We’re Hiring: Lash & Brow Artist at Vlach Beauty**

Are you a passionate lash artist who loves creating confidence through beauty? Vlach Beauty is expanding, and we’re looking for a **bubbly, skilled and client-focused Lash & Brow Artist** to join our growing team in Sydney.

**Position Type**:
**Services We’re Looking For**:

- **Lash Extensions**: Handmade fans, Wet-Look Sets, Classic Sets
- **Lash Lifts**: Confident and skilled in delivering long-lasting results
- **Lash Consultations**: Confidently recommending styles to suit clients
- **(preferred) Brow Services**: HD Brows, Brow Lamination, Brow Waxing & Shaping

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in **lash extensions** (handmade, wet look + classic sets).
- Skilled in **lash lifts** and maintaining natural lash health.
- Ability to confidently **consult with clients**.
- Friendly, warm and approachable personality - you’ll make every client feel welcome.
- **Bubbly energy** and a positive attitude that keeps clients coming back.
- Professional presentation and ability to uphold our luxury brand experience.
- Strong communication skills - must speak fluent English.
- A natural ability to **build repeat clientele** through trust and exceptional service.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
