**AJR Renovations Kitchens and Bathrooms are looking for their next Sales Superstar. Do you have it what it takes to help drive this business to the next level?**

**About your role**:
**As our Sales Associate, you will successfully manage business relationships and develop new ones to achieve business KPIs across all services, drive revenue growth and create new opportunities.**

**Position requirements**:

- Effective conversion of leads to new business through cold calling, warm calling, and door to door sales
- Working closely with the Director to collaborate on new ideas and leads
- Drive business growth through strategic thinking and planning
- Current NSW/ACT Driver’s Licence
- Identify new business opportunities
- Develop professional relationships with new customers
- Maintain frequent communication with management regarding, individual activities, and opportunities.

**About you**:

- You will have minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Authentic communication style, a natural ability to ask questions, and problem solve and think outside the box.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will be responsible for planning your day to day
- A demonstrated history of driving outcomes with a proven success record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract, Apprenticeship
Part-time hours: 50 per week

**Salary**: $61,258.00 - $69,255.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Australian Capital Territory ACT: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
