We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Operator to join our team. You will be operating various heavy machinery including excavators, telescopic handlers, and skid steers to complete construction and earthmoving projects.
- 7:00 am
- 5:00 pm during peak operation time, Potential for overtime when required

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently operate excavators, telehandlers, skid steers and other equipment as needed.
- Load and unload materials, move earth and debris, dig trenches, lift and place materials using relevant machinery.
- Perform pre-start inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to pass a clean DAS
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Maintain clean and orderly job sites.
- Communicate and coordinate with supervisors and co - workers.
- Trimming dams to a specific height
- Loading trucks
- Moving gear around site
- Fixing haul roads
- Getting out and helping the guys on the ground during quiet times
- Cutting swale drains
- Overtime when required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience operating excavators, telehandlers, and skid steers.
- Valid vocational operator certificates for excavator (RIIMP0320F), telehandler (RIIHAN309F) and skid steer (RIIMP0318F) obtained within the last 3 years.
- Experience operating machinery in dam works and wet conditions.
- Knowledge of safe heavy machinery operation and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- OSHA 10 certification a plus.
