Let’s talk about the role:
Every day is different in the Procurement and Property space. Reporting into the Procurement and Property Lead, you will be working closely with key stakeholders at Latitude to deliver positive commercial outcomes through data analysis, strategic sourcing and continuous improvement programs.

Key highlights:

- Global sourcing, liaising, and negotiating with new and existing suppliers to improve business.
- Contract and Supplier Relationship Management.
- Interacting with key stakeholders in identifying business needs, building relationships, and marketing the features and benefits of engaging procurement early.
- Data analytics, reporting and insights.
- Ensuring compliance with Latitude procedures, related laws, regulations, and best procurement practice.
- Project management of Business initiatives.

- Proven Commercial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team, assist and promote the team, and drive effective outcomes in a fast-changing environment
- Enthusiastic and inquisitive, seeking to discover what you need to know rather than waiting to be led.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, together with demonstrated interpersonal skills for communication with internal and external contractors.
- Growth mindset with the capability of managing change in a challenging environment
