We are looking for an Ecommerce Content Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the eCommerce strategy with a focus on content to enhance customer experiences and drive commercial outcomes.

**Day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Support the eCommerce team through execution of strategic content initiatives
- Overseeing all website content, ensuring adherence to digital style guide, web usability and accessibility standards
- Utilising customer feedback and analytics to optimise content performance
- Developing content initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Optimising the customer journey and experience online
- Implement dynamic content and personalisation to enhance the online shopping experience
- Building and maintaining effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve business objectives
- Ensuring ongoing development of personal skills/knowledge for continuous improvement

**About you**:

- Technical knowledge and understanding of eCommerce platforms
- Communication and Consultation skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- SEO knowledge and skills desired
- Reporting, Analysis and Problem-Solving skills
- 2+ years’ experience in eCommerce functions
- Exposure to online merchandising and trading
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business disciplines or Tertiary qualification in Web Development desired
