**More about the role**:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage Trade sales teams across NSW, QLD, and ACT to deliver AOP commitments, including revenue, margin, and productivity improvement targets.
- Drive local sales strategies to grow market share and strengthen customer partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale and trade partners to support long-term growth.
- Monitor and optimise customer portfolio performance, ensuring value-driven partnerships and commercial outcomes.
- Oversee team performance, sales execution, and delivery of channel and operational goals.
- Champion a high-performance team culture built on engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement opportunities to strengthen the company’s competitive position within the assigned regions.

- 8+ years’ experience in key account management and solution-based sales, with a strong record of exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Skilled in strategic account planning, stakeholder engagement, and trust-based negotiation.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to drive results in complex sales environments.
