**Civil & Incident Response Lead - West Pennant Hills, NSW**

Are you an experienced **Incident Response professional**looking for your next challenge? **Downer**is seeking a skilled and dedicated **Civil & Incident Response Lead**to join our team on the **NorthConnex Maintenance Contract**in **West Pennant Hills, NSW**.

**About the Role**:
As the **Civil & Incident Response Lead**, you’ll oversee **traffic management and incident response activities**, ensuring the **safety, efficiency, and smooth operation**of civil maintenance work. Your expertise in incident response and leadership will help maintain high-quality service delivery.

**What You’ll Bring**:
✔ **5+ years’ experience**in Traffic Management & Incident Response (including **2+ years in a leadership role**)
✔ Strong **customer service and interpersonal skills**
✔ **MR class driver’s licence**with **TMA operations experience and VOC**
✔ Knowledge of **Incident Response, Preventive & Corrective Maintenance**
✔ Familiarity with **Asset Management Systems**(Maximo preferred)
✔ Experience managing **contract claims, certification processes & financial tracking**
✔ Ability to handle **project forecasting, cost tracking & PO requisitions**
