An exciting opportunity exists for a talented individual, passionate in Sales to join the Pier One Sydney Harbour team. This role oversees the day to day functions of the Sales team, working alongside the leadership team.

**Your Opportunity**

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Sales, core work activities include:

- Preparing sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders).
- Promoting awareness of brand image internally and externally.
- Gathering materials and assembling information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials).
- Using sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process.
- Answer guest questions
- Monitor and nurture opportunities until they are ready for the Sales team to service
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others while supporting your team to reach common goals
- Effectively manage, coordinate, and develop trusted key relationships with prominent internal and external stakeholders
