**Retail Supervisor | Full-Time Role**

**Role Overview**: As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of the store, supporting the Store Manager, and leading a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for staff training, inventory management, and ensuring store standards are consistently met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any escalated issues professionally and promptly.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and merchandise is displayed to company standards.
- Support with inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and conducting regular stocktakes.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and onboarding new team members.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Handle cash management duties, including cash-up and banking procedures.

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
