- Permanent position with stability.**The Opportunity**:
As a PDI Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process for our equipment and machinery. Your role will ensure that all units meet quality standards and are ready for customer delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all new build parts enquiries.
- Coordinate with relevant vendors regarding part arrival dates.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with technicians to identify and resolve any issues prior to delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and modifications.
- Communicate with internal teams and external customers regarding delivery timelines and equipment status.
- Implement and improve PDI procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.

**What we are looking for**:

- Current driving licence.
- A valid Forklift licence will be advantageous.
- Intermediate computer skills specifically Microsoft suite.
- Previous experience in a PDI or similar role, preferably in the Construction or Mining Industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
