**Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming materials and verify the accuracy of the shipment
- Ensure that all materials are properly labelled, stored, and organized
- Conduct inventory checks to ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels
- Work closely with production teams to ensure that materials and equipment are available as needed
- Pick, pack and distribute materials to the production floor
- Ensure that all equipment is stored in good working condition
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Perform regular cycle counts and report findings to management
- Comply with all safety and health regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a stores person or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office
- Forklift certification is a plus
