We're looking for an Infrastructure Lead to join our team at Grill'd Support Office In Richmond. Reporting to the Head of IT, you will play a key role in driving IT excellence for the business for all their infrastructure and project needs.

This will include monitoring, managing, deploying, and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring that networks, servers, and systems are always available during Grill'd business hours.

**What we are looking for**:

- 5 + years of experience in developing and implementing solutions
- Broad knowledge of Information Technology, systems and ITIL processes
- If you've worked in the hospitality, it's advantageous, but not a dealbreaker.
- Someone who enjoys managing and negotiating with multiple levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Project management experience and hands on experience across full project lifecycle
- Experience and knowledge of the following technologies:

- Azure Cloud Solutions
- Identity Management (OKTA)
- Microsoft Teams Telephony
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Exchange
- Network architecture and hardware (switches, routers, Wireless Infrastructure, structure, cabling, etc). Meraki experience and advantage
- System Audit creation (i.e., Backup adherence, Security Logs, SOE Compliance)
- Strong Cyber Security knowledge
- Broad knowledge of Information Technology, systems and ITIL processes
