**Position: Restaurant Supervisor**
**Location: Elsternwick, Melbourne**
**Experience: 3 years + in a restaurant environment**

About Us: Elster is a family-owned cafe / bistro with a commitment to creating elite dining experiences to all of our guests. Open now for just four weeks, we are now expanding our team and looking for more leaders.

What We're Looking For: As a Restaurant Supervisor at Elster, you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless and unforgettable dining experience for our guests. We're seeking a hospitality professional with at least 3 years of experience in a restaurant environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high standards of service
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure the customer experience is always the best it can be
- Handle guest enquiries and function enquiries
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment

**Requirements**:

- 3 years + experience in a restaurant environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
