**About the Role**:
As a Quality Control Team Member, you'll work in a lab-based environment within the factory, to support the monitoring, testing, and documentation of product quality throughout the production process. You’ll play a critical role in helping us deliver exceptional beverages to consumers.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Conducting routine quality checks and tests on ingredients and finished products
- Recording and reporting data accurately
- Identifying and communicating any quality issues
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Collaborating with production staff to resolve any quality concerns quickly

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a laboratory or quality control environment (essential)
- Completion of formal education (e.g., Year 12 or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- A proactive, reliable, and team-focused mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

**Work Schedule**: Afternoon shift - 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
**Hourly Rate**: $37.20 (Currently, with a 2.5% increase from 1.7.25)

**Important**:
This role is **not open to applicants on student visas** due to the nature of the shift and long-term employment requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $37.20 - $38.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
