Crate Maker

**This Role is 3 in 1... Crate Maker / Crate Packer & Client Liaison**

**With in-house training, the successful applicant will be involved in the entire production process, from design through to cutting edge manufacturing techniques and processes, to client facing delivery.** You will be involved in making technical crates and packing the world's most valuable items into them, for safe delivery around the world. Your critical role as client liaison means you will deliver the crates to clients locally to get feedback, insight and new product ideas to share with the team.

Within the production team, you will be expected to:

- Build custom crates, including the cutting of materials and operating of machinery
- Adapt and manage priorities in a fast changing production process
- Deliver, discuss with clients, manage expectations
- Wrap and pack valuable items to a world class standard
- Continually develop and evolve production process to enhance Rebul’s operation

Criteria:

- Drivers license
- Strong personal fitness
- Strong communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong numeracy & spatial awareness.
- Ability to work manually with hands and tools
- Past employment references

Useful:

- Forklift license
- Understanding of lean manufacturing techniques (six sigma & 5S)
- Experience working in manufacturing
