**About the role**
- The Testing and Commissioning Manager and is responsible for managing and providing support to the Testing and Commissioning Team; adhering to testing principles, practices and procedures; and ensuring the finished product is safe and conforms in all standards and requirements.

- Implement efficient and effective execution of delivery plans (schedule, cost, resources, quality, scope management & project controls)

- Manage all levels of stakeholders

**About you**
- Sound understanding and working knowledge of asset management, maintenance, lean methodology and technical services practices.
- Proven experience in leading significant projects in multi-discipline mechanical-electrical engineering testing & commissioning of large-scale Road Tunnel or Rail Projects
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Ability to collaborate as part of a high-performing team
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Strong negotiation, influencing skills and interpersonal skills.
