We are looking for a weekend Cocktail Bartender with great customer service and extensive classic cocktail knowledge. The position is part time consisting of 20 hours per week over Friday and Saturday nights (generally 4:30pm to 1:30am)

The role is bar based making mainly menu cocktails and classic's so the role does require proficiency in cocktail making at speed and the ability to make numerous cocktails at the same time. You will need to have extensive classic knowledge of between 50-100 classic cocktails known by memory.

We are a 50 capacity hidden tiki style cocktail bar on Chapel Street with an experienced team looking to add a new member who likes to work hard and knows how to have fun whilst doing it.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Weekends only
