Success Criteria for the role:
- Establish and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders in the client organisation- Plan and execute growth initiatives with the clients- Hit annual revenue growth targets for the book of business

Responsibility & Tasks:
- Manage an existing book of institutional clients and wholesale partners- Fully understand the nature of a client’s business and all key stakeholders relevant to Saxo- Find potential opportunities within these organisations where Saxo’s solutions and services will be relevant to their business growth- Convincingly present corresponding solutions and engage with key stakeholders’ to obtain buy-in- Proactive engagement of specialist teams (solutions, products, sales trading, API, onboarding, compliance)- Be involved in our partner’s growth strategies, go-to-market plans and marketing initiatives- Work with the Account Management team to constantly improve business processes and service levels- Be the key escalation point for unresolved issues with clients

Competence Requirement:
- At least 6 years in the financial technology, brokerage, wealth management or investment space- Outgoing and easily relatable to clients- Able to manage discussions involving multiple stakeholders of varying seniority (CEO to working level)- Solution oriented thinking with focus on leveraging technology- Good understanding in liquid capital markets products - i.e. equities, futures, options, FX etc- Able to travel between cities within Australia, with infrequent travel to Singapore and Denmark
