Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient functioning of the Warehouse.

**Duties**:

- Assisting with the coordination of warehouse requirements and day-to-day workflow within the Warehouse
- Liaising with transport Department to create and process shipping documents and ensure delivery schedule is met
- Processing Orders and Invoicing
- Assisting with inventory control and investigating stock abnormalities
- Administrative tasks and all Adhoc requests

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar position
- Previous experience using Pronto (highly desirable)
- Excellent computer skills - experience with Microsoft Office Suites
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, and interpersonal
- Ability to identify issues and problem solve

**Salary**: $31.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Shift work
