Webcast Producer

**Location: Parramatta**

Are you looking to build hands-on experience in live event production and digital media? We’re looking for a **Webcast Producer**to join our team on a **casual, ongoing basis**in our Parramatta office.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with an interest in digital production, video/audio editing, and live streaming. **Work is ad hoc**, depending on business needs, with **up to 10-20 hours per week**expected during **peak AGM season**.

**About the Role**

As a Webcast Producer, you’ll support the delivery of live and on-demand webcasts from our dedicated Streaming Operations Centre. You’ll assist in scheduling, set-up, monitoring live events, editing and publishing webcast content, and liaising with third-party suppliers as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and manage webcast resources from the SOC
- Pre-check and set up webcast events
- Monitor and support live event delivery
- Manage audio, video, and media files
- Meet deadlines and quality standards
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
- Problem-solve and suggest improvements as needed

**What You’ll Bring**
- Basic knowledge of audio/visual requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience with video/audio editing tools (advantageous)
- Skills in Photoshop, HTML & CSS (a plus)
