Interested in a career in Travel? Opportunity for a junior with excellent customer service and communication skills to learn the Travel industry whilst studying Certificate III in Travel. Reporting to the owner of the business you will be supported and provided with full training on all travel systems.

**Duties and responsibilities include the following**:

- Answering phones
- Daily checking of enquiries inbox and responding to customers
- Assisting customers over the phone and face to face
- Booking of cruises, airflights and accommodation
- Creating itineraries for customers
- Social media posting
- Maintenance of company website

- Excellent communication skills
- Experience gained within a customer service environment, ie retail or hospitality
- The ability to learn new computer systems - computer savvy.
- Some exposure to travel

Pay: $46,460.00 - $60,000.00 per year
