Bartender/mixologist

**MIXOLOGIST** / **BARTENDER** **For our Circus Nights & Events.**

We are seeking a skilled bartender with a passion for creating cocktails, serving drinks, and sharing your wine expertise?

At Wholefood Circus, we are passionate about food, drink, service and the Circus Experience. We are looking for a new team member to make this position their own

Dinners on Thursday & Friday nights only and Special Events over the weekend, the role allows you to be creative and enjoy the amazing offerings of the Circus.

**The Position**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages.
- Offer wine recommendations to enhance our guests' dining experiences.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Support with stock management and bar operations.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Experience in bartending and cocktail preparation.
- RSA Approved.
- Approved Manager Certification a Bonus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $42.94 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 30/01/2025
