About you

You are an experienced Catering Coordinator, excited about the prospect of taking the next step in your professional services career. Working alongside 280 high-performing colleagues in our Melbourne office, you will demonstrate a drive to provide an exceptional customer experience, in conjunction with a strong work ethic and the ability to perform in a high pressure environment.
- Proficiency coordinating a catering function and delivering premium service.
- Immaculate personal presentation and superior hygiene standards.
- Understanding of WH&S requirements and food safety standards
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to relate and build relationships at all levels.
- Flexible approach to working hours to suit out of hours events (overtime).
- Current RSA qualifications.
- Barista skills.
- Experience in a professional services environment will be highly regarded.

Your role

This role is an integral part of the Reception and Catering team, acting as a key point of contact for all catering requests. You will build relationships with catering suppliers and ensure a high level of quality and service.

Your duties will encompass a wide range of catering and housekeeping related activities including:

- Managing all catering needs and sourcing suitable event catering and service options for a variety of events and criteria.
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, and providing tea/coffee service.
- Ordering, stock management and invoice processing.
- Maintaining and stocking the staff kitchens on three floors.
- Maintaining the catering kitchen and meeting rooms and ensuring strict hygiene standards.
- Timely set up and clearance of meeting rooms and oversight of room presentation to a high standard.
- Providing reception cover as required.
