Store Manager

Hero Sushi is a company that operates 50 stores across Australia directly from the head office.

We are a sushi company that sells Japanese food, and the company is steadily growing and increasing the number of stores.We are opening a new door to Australian sushi, and we strive to provide customers with fresh and diverse flavors. We are looking for a manager who will grow and build a career with us.From Hero Sushi JESMOND we are looking for the store manager.1. Position: Full-time (Manager)

2. Working hours: 38-45 hours per week (flexible roster)

After 38 hours per week, it will be considered as overtime. Overtime penalty will be applied.

3. Hourly Rate: (Before Tax): $29.50 (weekdays), Saturday *1.2. Sunday*1.5 + Annual leave, Sick leave + Superannuation 11.5%

4. Duties: Sushi making, Preparing incredients, Making roster of staff, Dealing with customers, Preparing inspection, general store managing.

5. Others: As we don't do cash in hand, we need you to have a valid TFN

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Strathfield, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Australia (preferred)
