Contract Resources, established in 1989, is a rapidly growing global organisation which provides specialised Industrial and Mechanical services to LNG Plants, Refineries, Petrochemical and Industrial Facilities and has offices in Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East. Our services include, Catalyst Handling and Mechanical Services, Tank and Environmental Services, Industrial Coatings, Pipeline Services and Chemical Decontamination.

**About the Role**:
This role provides a unique opportunity in a well-supported Entry/Junior level position (suits first year graduates) working within a team of Project Coordinators, Project Managers and Site Supervisors to support successful project delivery. Key focus will be placed on excellence in the delivery of required documentation for Confined Space Entry (CSE) & Inspection Activities.

Fundamental duties will include the writing of Vent & Rescue Plans for process vessels, tanks and void spaces in a major Australian Energy Asset. Training will be provided however the ability to learn quickly and take initiative are highly desirable. Office based work locations will be shared between Perth CBD and Jandakot.

This role is a 12 months Fixed Term Contract.

**The Junior Project Coordinator will**:

- Ensure all documentation meets Contract Resources’ (CR) and client’s standards and procedures
- Ensure that the main areas of focus (KPI’s) support the achievement of:

- Zero Harm to people, environment and equipment
- Quality outcomes
- Productivity Targets are met
- Have a good understanding of the Client/CR contract and scope of work being undertaken to ensure compliance with all the processes and terms agreed to in the contract
- Update Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Client and other key stakeholders on progress and issues as per the set protocols and within agreed timeframe.
- Propose innovations and process improvements
- Maintain key client relationships in conjunction with their line manager

**Requirements & Experience Needed**:

- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite _(Visio experience desirable)_
- High level of communication skills both written and verbal _(Microsoft Outlook/Teams experience desirable)_
- Technical or engineering background with ability to understand theory and development requirements for CSE Ventilation and Rescue Plan creation
- HSE experience in the Energy / Mining industries is desirable
- HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Cooling) experience is desirable
- Positive attitude with experience working within a team
