Our client is a highly regarded established privately owned 50 place long day care Centre situated in the leafy surrounds of Nowra. The environment boasts beautiful trees and large play areas for children to explore and discover.

This close nit team under the leadership of an experienced passionate leader prides itself on creating a warm, welcoming home like atmosphere for children to feel safe, cared for and develop to their fullest potential.

Opportunities are opening up for an Early Childhood Teacher, Diploma or Cert III educator to join their harmonious team. You will enjoy being supported by their warm and knowledgeable Director who encourages her team to take a holistic approach to creating and nurturing secure, respectful & reciprocal relationships with children.

**About the role**
- Positions available with babies, 2yr group and 5-year-old group.

**About you**

The ideal educators who we are looking for in this role is someone who has a passion for a child led Curriculum and project investigations with young children, as well as:

- Experience in planning and implementing a quality educational curriculum
- Knowledge and experience with school readiness programs
- Someone who is an effective communicator with families, children and peers
- Someone who has a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing early childhood environments for children
- You must be willing to obtain or be up to date with immunisations and flu shots
