Servicing corporate, governmental, and non-governmental clients globally, International SOS, a pioneer & leader in International Health & Security Risk provides tailored support through our 27 Assistance Centres worldwide.

As a Security Manager, Information & Analysis and Assistance, you will be responsible for the day-to-day direction, guidance and analytical line for all internal and client-facing deliverables. Additionally, you will be responsible for the day-to-day security case management direction, supervision and guidance for the Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands region.
- Supervise the Information & Analysis and Assistance global capabilities delivered out of Sydney, providing guidance on reports and cases for the team of Security Specialists.
- Act as a regional analytical lead for the Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands region and will work closely with other Lead Security Analysts and relevant Medical I&A leads on issues of overlap.
- In collaboration with the Content Services professional community shape how Information & Analysis should be delivered and presented to clients in an audience-centric way across the multimedia digital space.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders across the Assistance Centre, Flight Desks Travel Advisors, Content Services & Medical I&A professional communities to ensure comprehensiveness of output and overall economy of effort.
- Provide on-the-job training and support for the Security Specialists, covering both a regional and a global remit.
- Contribute to ensuring International SOS has a best-in-class security I&A and Assistance capability by participating in projects relating to functional enhancements, such as intelligence collection tools and trainings.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum 5 + years’ experience in Security Intelligence analysis and production analysis and production including a period specialising in a specific geographic region in a relevant sector such as: private sector risk management, military, government, NGO, journalism; relevant academic studies.
- Experience on the ground in the Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands region.
- International work experience in challenging, remote or hostile environments, is desired.
- Crisis Management experience is desired.
- Public speaking, client-facing presentation and/or media experience, is a desired.

**Additional Information**:

- Strong knowledge of political and security landscape within Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands and global security issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to explain complex situations to non-expert audiences.
- Experience in planning and managing security assistance operations.
- Experience in conducting profile specific security risk assessments.
- Ability to critically analyse multiple streams of information under time pressure and produce actionable insights.
- Knowledge of all stages of intelligence cycle including multi-source direction and collection.

**Qualifications**:
Master’s degree (or relevant professional training) in a field related to security intelligence, international politics, international relations or similar.

**Travel Requirements**:
As required, travel to countries in the region to assess the current security situation, local provider capabilities and expand the existing network of security Information & Analysis and Assistance contacts to further support clients and aid operational planning.
