**About You**:

- Strong retail experience and customer service skills, passionate about sales and meeting KPI's
- Be DETERMINED to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations
- Be analytical and have the ability to identify store opportunities
- Experience in women's fashion apparel or activewear, managing a team more than 5
- Minimum 2 years management experience for Store Manager
- Dynamic personality that thrives within a team environment
- Proven history of training and developing team members and ability to lead, motivate and inspire
- Ability to performance manage, recruit, and uphold brand standards, and work autonomously, as well as in a strong team environment
- Strong visual merchandising skills and ability to move fixtures or fittings
- Be passionate about a healthy, active lifestyle i.e., Live the lifestyle

**What YOU will be responsible for**:

- Uphold RAG Culture and Values and represent a growing brand
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and company KPI's
- Driving sales and customer experience
- Recognising sales opportunities
- Building regular customers & promoting our Rockwear brand
- Recruitment, coaching, development of team
- Upholding impeccable store standards, executing VM directive
