**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with leading a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
- Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.

**About You**:

- Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or min 5 year's experience
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- White Card
- Valid Drivers' license
- Team player with excellent communication skills
