We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Appointment Setter/Telemarketer to join our team. You will be responsible for efficiently making outgoing calls from a database list prepared for you. You will provide exceptional customer service ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong attention to detail. We are a very successful family business located in Belmont.

This is a casual role offering $37.91 per hour, including superannuation and we work from 9am-3pm each day with a lunch break

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide necessary information to achieve an appointment for one of our business development team
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and escalations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer queries.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
- Adhere to company guidelines, protocols, and quality standards to achieve performance targets.
- Continuously improve personal and team performance through ongoing training and development initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred however some of our most successful people have been overseas students and travellers
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
