Great temporary role with Queensland Government until 13/10/23. Located in Robina with an immediate start.

**The Role**
- Previous experience in Procurement / Purchasing would be preferred.
- Ability to work on individualised tasks, self-motivated, pro-active in sourcing assistance, information, more work,
- Review data in ellipse and create Purchase Orders.
- Provide a range of administrative support functions to members of the Procurement section as required.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of legislative and departmental requirements for procurement, and actively promote awareness of procurement as a key business function to all departmental staff.
- Fast-paced environment with KPI’s and mechanisms to measure and monitor performance.
- Demonstrate initiative and be a team player by appropriately handling enquiries to senior staff in their absence within expected timeframes.

- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft suite and comfortable using various databases.
- Excellent communication and written skills
