As a Senior member in a team of 4, the **Manager - Stress Testing, ICAAP and Capital Analytics** has responsibility for performing a range of activities from (emerging risk) risk identification, risk quantification, reporting of scenario outcomes to strategic inputs based on conclusions - right across ING Australia’s balance sheet (retail, business and wholesale)
**What you’ll do**
- Perform capital adequacy assessments, scenario analyses and stress test in compliance with respective Australian and European prudential regulations
- Deliver quarterly risk disclosure and ensure capital calculation reporting for all ING Australia portfolios
- Interface with our ING Head Office team members and provide ad-hoc reporting as required.
- Determine solvency risk appetite setting and regulatory disclosures following the Pillar 3 requirements
- Resolution, recovery and public disclosures; designing and maintaining resolution and recovery frameworks and updating of respective policies
- Interact and manage a wide range of stakeholders including Regulatory bodies, Consultants, Exco, SLT, Line 3 and Enterprise Risk.
**What we’re looking for**
- An understanding of prudential requirements with the ability to explain the banks position in plain language. E.g.; relevant APS, CPS and Pillar requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in an analytical, risk quantification function; within a stress testing role or equivalent in banking, or financial services
- Experience in engagements with consultants and regulators.
- Proven experience of modelling, mathematical and statistical techniques with Intermediate to Advanced skill level of SAS and SQL
- Given our dual regulator (EU/AU) requirements, an understanding of European resolution and recovery frameworks and reporting would be very useful
- Ability to perform with tight deadlines in demanding environments with exceptional communication, influencing and time management skills
