Our Resource Coordinators are an integral part of the business supporting the delivery of high quality services to our clients. The Resource Coordintation team facilitates day-to-day management of field staff rosters and client schedules, with a focus to deliver the best possible experience for our clients as well as our employees.

**Operating Hours**:

- This is a full time role.
- Operating across 7 days a week between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm, on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Resource Coordinator with RDNS Silverchain, you will be part of a driven and motivated team who are responsible for rostering staff in line with relevant Awards and business needs. You will assist in scheduling services to meet client expectations and building staff schedules to provide optimal rounds considering a variety of factors. You will play a vital role in providing an excellent customer and employee experience.

- Required evidence of your COVID-19 vaccinations, including booster requirements, or evidence of an authorised medical exemption, to commence employment.
- Police Clearance & Working with Children clearance required. We will assist you through this process.
