Nepean Hospital is a teaching hospital that provides tertiary referral services in emergency care, coronary care, diagnostics, gynaecology, paediatric, neonatal intensive care/ICU, maternity, mental health, rehabilitation, and surgery. An exciting opportunity exists within the Nursing & Midwifery Directorate at Nepean Hospital to provide administrative support on a casual/short term basis, covering blocks of leave Monday - Friday.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Excellent customer service focus
- Demonstrated communication skills incorporating the abilities of courtesy diplomacy and confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise a demanding workload with proven problem solving skills
- Experience with the Health Roster system or equivalent experience with rostering within a large complex organisation
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy, accuracy and conciseness in documentation
- Understanding and ability to negotiate to achieve positive outcomes
