**About the Role**:
We are seeking a responsible and driven person to join our team as the new store manager at our Eastland store. This person will be leading the daily operations of the store with assistance from the state manager.

**Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership: Manage and lead our eager team to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, production scheduling, and quality control to maintain our high standards of freshness and taste.

Customer Satisfaction: Interact with customers, address enquiries, and ensure that each visitor leaves with a smile, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Training and Development: Train new hires on pretzel-making techniques, customer service protocols, and safety procedures to uphold our quality and safety standards.

Financial Management: Monitor sales, track expenses, and manage budgets to maximise profitability while maintaining cost-efficiency.

Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant management, or a related field is desirable but not required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
