As a Sunny Care home care worker, you will provide support and assistance to elderly people on home care packages Levels 1 to 4, providing the following services:

- Companionship and social activities
- Domestic tasks
- Meal preparation
- Transportation

**About You**:
To be considered for this role, you will need:

- Experience providing home care services to the elderly and people with a disability
- Good communication and team work skills
- Complete the Certificate III or other relevant certificate (favorable)
- Smart mobile phone with internet access
- Current Australian Federal Police check
- Current Australian Drivers License
- Reliable and clean registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Authorised to work in Australia
