SA Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse for a part-time, temporary contract position in the Kangaroo Island Community Outreach Program. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the well-being of the local community, to support health promotion & chronic disease management all while experiencing the beauty of Kangaroo Island.

As a Kangaroo Island Outreach Community Program - Registered Nurse and/or Enrolled Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality healthcare services to the residents of Kangaroo Island. Your responsibilities will include providing nursing care, health education, and support to individuals and families in the community setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for clients in the community
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Promote health and wellbeing through education and preventative initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Adhere to SA Health's policies, procedures, and professional standards

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
