**The Organisation**

Well-established in the Australian cleaning industry, Quad Services has seen significant revenue growth over the past few years and is looking to bring on and develop top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for cleaners with recent experience in an industrial setting. Multiple full-time and casual opportunities are available.

**The Opportunity**

As the cleaner reporting to the Site Manager, you will undertake:

- General cleaning in an industrial plant and factory complex
- Sweeping and mopping of office and plant
- Vacuuming
- Disinfecting areas such as plant, meal rooms, offices, bathrooms
- Manual handling and lifting of equipment
- Using a buffer, high-pressure washer, scrubber and floor sweeper
- Removal of rubbish
- Use of chemicals to sanitise and disinfect
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations

**Skills and Experience**

The successful applicant will be suitably experienced and has:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Reliable transport, shifts vary across 7 days
- Solid knowledge of cleaning and hygiene-related services
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- COVID-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated)
- A national criminal history check is required for this role
- Elevated work platform
- EWP ticket (desirable)
- Forklift licence (desirable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $22.76 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Botany, NSW 2019: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
