Service Advisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and promptly address their inquiries and service requests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service experience.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify service requirements.
- Consult with customers regarding necessary repairs, maintenance, and available options.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive service estimates for customers.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the service process.
- Stay updated on service procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Proficient in computer systems
- Sound knowledge of automotive systems, components, and maintenance requirements.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver's license is required.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
