**Assumption OSHClub**is looking for a new **Coordinator** to join the team. The service has their own designated room within the school and beautiful outdoor spaces to utilise. We are looking for someone who can work Monday to Friday 7:00-9:00am and 2:30-6:00pm with admin time on top. You'll have the opportunity to build positive and long-lasting relationships with the children, families, and school.

**About the role**

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

**Who are we looking for?**

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:

- Enjoy working with kids
- Strong and clear communication
- Team player with a desire to become a service leader
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
- Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
- Australian work rights
