We have a new opportunity for an experienced Early Childhood Centre Manager in Enoggera.

**Your Opportunity**
As the Centre Manager you will be in a prime position to promote a positive workplace culture, provide guidance and support to a dedicated team of educators who will benefit from a passionate and committed leader. You will have experience managing a large centre in the past, and will be able to utilise that experience to inspire your educators to provide exceptional care and education to children and families.

You will oversee team development, performance evaluations, rosters and other daily operations to maintain a successful business. You will be responsible for the enrolments process; however you will be closely supported by the management team, who will assist you in providing positive enrolment experiences for families. This allows you more time to focus on the other areas of the business such as team leadership and community engagement.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Current Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent knowledge of EYLF and NQF, with experience in the Assessment and Rating process
- Experience managing an early learning service
