- Rates: Mon-Fri $32.25 | Sat $38.70 | Sun $45.15 | PH $64.50_
We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced **Bartender** who brings creativity, precision, and passion to the bar.

**What You'll Bring**:

- 2+ years of experience in a fine dining restaurant bar
- Cocktail knowledge and flair for innovation
- Strong understanding of wine and spirits
- Support the broader team by assisting with service tasks beyond the bar, including food running and guest interaction.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Calm under pressure and thrives in busy environments
- Full Australian working rights
