As a **Coty Team Leader**in** Victoria**& **South Australia**, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of dedicated Coty retail merchandisers across pharmacy, mass, and grocery channels. This role goes beyond execution — it's about building field capability, driving resource efficiency, and embedding a culture of quality and accountability. You will be instrumental in optimizing field operations through real-time coaching, quality reviews, and performance scorecards, ensuring every campaign is delivered to Clemenger Field Marketing & Coty's premium standards. With a strong focus on people, process, and performance, you’ll elevate the field team's impact and readiness for growth.

We are ideally looking for a **collaborative leader** that can bring sales coaching experience in a retail or Field Marketing environment as well as drive fresh insights & ideas. **About You**:

- Experience in **team management** or a similar role is** essential**:

- Previous experience in** Merchandising**planogram work is an **advantage**:

- Comfortable travelling to uncovered areas to assist with field work
- Able to complete tasks thoroughly and with **high attention to detail**:

- ** Tech savvy**and comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel
- ** Car and valid driver’s licence.**
