**Position Overview**

At Jopas Holdings, we recognise the critical role of logistics in maintaining our reputation for freshness and reliability. We are currently seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to join our team and lead our supply and distribution operations. As the Logistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising our supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement purchasing, storage, and distribution strategies to enhance efficiency and minimise costs.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effective, and timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory systems to control stock levels and meet supply requirements.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics activities to full fill outbound goods requirements.
- Supervise and motivate staff to ensure high performance and adherence to organisational standards.
- Experience working for supermarkets in Earlwood is an advantage.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- At least five years of relevant experience in logistics management or a related role.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Results-oriented with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.

**Payment**:

- The payment for this position will be a minimum of $75,000 plus superannuation.
