**Company Description** Ability Action Australia** is a nationally registered therapy service provider in the NDIS.

We offer Allied Health services and support in all states & are extremely proud to work with some of Australia's best qualified healthcare clinicians

The role will require you to provide administration support to our Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists to deliver quality outcomes for our clients.

**Role Responsibilities include**:

- Booking clinician appointments
- Manage administrative tasks related to the coordination of NDIS plans, service agreements and funding.
- Liaising with both new and existing participants and families
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
- Updating participant information details within database
- Looking after compliance and documentation
