We currently have an opportunity in Plumpton Villa, VIC for an energetic Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator to join us on a **Full-Time basis.**

**About your role**:
As a Lifestyle Coordinator you will work in a team environment to help create, implement and further develop our lifestyle programs, but also be able to operate alone at times. You will support our Lifestyle team in enabling resident lifestyle choices while catering to individual needs. This will be a very rewarding position assisting our residents to live a full and meaningful life. We are highly committed to our residents and our employees, and encourage our staff to commit to working safely within their teams.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist with professional care practices
- Provide support for our volunteers
- Assessment and care plan development timely evaluations and reviews

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Previous experience in implementing lifestyle programs catering to specific needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility with working hours
- A minimum of a Certificate-III in Leisure and Lifestyle
- Experience with the Montessori philosophy lifestyle program is ideal
- An engaging personality that contributes to our team
- Previous experience in the Aged Care Industry
- Requirement to supply up to date vaccinations (Covid & Flu)
- Must have a valid drivers licence
