Childcare Traineeship

Our centre is located in Lidcombe it is purpose built and offers quality care 5 days a week for 29 children. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic learner who is excited about starting a career in Early Childhood Education and Care.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about early childhood education
- Able to manage work and study
- Willing to have fun and learn on the job

The position would involve working at our centre full time and studying for your certificate III in Children's Services over the course of a year. As this is a traineeship, you will have access to some study hours within your roster. Your role would be to work with children between the ages of 18 month to 6 years old
- supporting their learning and development.

You will learn about and experience all facets of working with young children in a long day care setting, and will gain great knowledge and insight from being part of our team. As one of our Educators, you would need to work effectively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of the centre and contribute to high-quality practices for children, staff, and families. All applicants must be 18 years or over and have applied for the Working with Children Check.

No other previous experience is necessary.
